Hello everyone. Since I'm not up to the present standards of social media (Facebook, Twitter) I'm gonna do this what feels like the old fashion way. Post it on our your websites. I'm asking for help! Below is a link for "PROJECT MARCI" Me and a small group of friends are trying to Get Marci to Mammoth Lakes California for an Orthopedic surgery she'll never be able to receive where she lives. Marci became paralyzed when she was hit by a drunk driver while walking home from school. We've lined up an AMAZING medical team who are donating all time and resources. So now we just need to get her here. Anything helps and ALL is appreciated. So if possible, follow the link and help us get Marci to Mammoth so she can believe that people care. Congratulations to Dominic Zamprogna (Dante) and his wife, Linda Leslie. The couple have told Soaps In Depth exclusively that they're expecting their first baby later this year! The excited father gushes, "We're having a daughter!"
Congratulations to Derk Cheetwood (Max) and his wife, Cari, who are also expecting a baby girl in a few months. The Cheetwood's are already proud parents of daughter Kylie Danielle born in 2008.
James Franco Returns to GH
Franco's return, while obviously an ominous development for Jason, is set to kick off a big summer storyline, one that will wrap around pretty much everyone in Port Charles. Jason and Dante will be forced to team up against Franco, and the show promises a chilling climax. If you thought Franco was using Port Charles as his canvas in an elaborate (and deadly) performance art before, just wait 'til he returns this summer.

Santa Monica's Vanilla Bake Shop owner, Amy Berman is none other than Julie Berman's sister-in-law, so she was up for the challenge of creating the ultimate Lante Cupcake for General Hospital's Dante and Lulu. Annie Ilonzeh makes her Port Charles debut on March 31st, as the grandaughter of Bradley Ward (Edward's late son with Mary Mae Ward, niece of the late Justus Ward, Edward's grandson). Word is that Maya, who has ambitions to become a doctor, will (reluctantly) get involved with Ethan Lovett.
Warren Bauer. at the end of March for a temporary stint.
Lisa Waltz
will portray the role of Melissa Bauer, Kiefer's mother.
Dahlia Salem
(ex-Sofia, AW) has been cast in the recurring role of Federal
Prosecutor Claire Walsh. She first airs on February 24th.
General Hospital Stars Record Children's Books
Kelly Monaco, Rebecca Herbst, Greg Vaughan and Jason Thompson taped a reading for a children's book for Speakaboos on the set August 20th. With the celebrity's help and the help of all Speakaboo readers, Speakaboo continues its cause to support reading and education for youth.
The book will be available on Speakaboos.com and partial proceeds from their recordings will go to charities supporting children's health and wellness.

Jason Thompson Goes Behind the Camera ason Thompson is branching out behind the camera. Thompson is the executive producer of a new documentary that's currently hitting the festival circuits.“Victory Over Darkness” is a documentary that he produced with a good friend of his, Donnie Eichar, who produced and directed it," says Thompson. "It's been five years from when the cameras first started rolling. It's a documentary about three blind athletes who made history by competing in an Iron Man triathlon. They have varying degrees of blindness. Heidi started off blind at birth. She's never seen a single thing. She had to learn how to run in order to compete in the Iron Man because prior to that, she'd always shuffled her feet. Charles is a 62-year-old. He was a middle school teacher for 35 years and no faculty members or students knew he was blind. He faked his way through everything. He was born with macular degeneration. Basically, he was born with the eyes of a 60-year-old and they got progressively worse. Then there's Dave. A couple days after Christmas, when he was 22, he woke up from a coma two days later and found out that his stepmother had shot him twice in the head. She shot and killed his father and then she overdosed on pills, so he woke up not only dealing with the loss of his family, but was blind. So, Donnie followed around these three amazing humans for four years and it was in post-production for a year." Victory Over Darkness premiered in September in Los Angeles, with Thompson's GH and GH: NIGHT SHIFT co-stars in attendance, including Kimberly McCullough (Robin), Carrie Southworth (Claire), Adam Grimes (Kyle), Ethan Rains (Leo) and Dominic Rains (ex-Leo). Of his new "role," Thompson says, "It just feels really good to want to get something like this out there. It's a story that should be told and people should see. It's heavy at times, but there are simplicities in it that make you sit back and say, ‘Wow!' It's incredibly inspiring. The film is a testament not only to the subjects, but to Donnie and the other partner, Matt Miller. They moved heaven and earth to get this film made. As the camera starts rolling, we learn the Stage 4 Theatre Company is
in financial trouble. The company leader, Donnie (Ronnie Marmo), whose
best friend is no other than leading man Brian Austin Green (as
Himself), is hard pressed to turn their latest production into a hit.
When the director (Jamison Jones) fears the ending doesn't work, the
idea of incorporating a same sex kiss suddenly raises the bar on the
show's profitability. Unfortunately the theater heartthrob, Zach (Tyler
Christopher) refuses to kiss another man however he eventually caves
from the pressure, including from his co-star and girlfriend (Kimberly
McCullough). When opening night arrives nothing goes as planned and as
the camera continues to roam we learn reality is merely an illusion.
