Featured Actor Profile

The New Corinthos Kids

GH went for broke in the SORAS (Soap Opera Rapid Aging Syndrome) of the Cortinthos children. Starting with the recast of the comatose character of Michael Corinthos, played since 2002 by Dylan Cash, the show quickly moved forward with a huge leap in the aging of the previous silent Kristina, who is now a very vocal and rebellious teen and Morgan, who is now 12-years-old.  Drew Garrett took over the role of Michael in April of 2009, but did not speak until May when the oldest Cortinthos child emerged from his coma with a serious anger issue.

Not long after he woke up, his newly aged sister came into the story, now played by Lexi Ainsworth.  Now Aaron Refvem has debuted in the role of the youngest child, Morgan.

The youngest new star on the show, Aaron Refvem is not just a newcomer to GH, but to daytime as well.  He has appeared on a handful of prime time shows, such as "Two and a Half Men," "Grey's Anatomy" and "The Cleaner," as well as some work on TV commercials.  He has also been in a few feature films:  "Room 314," "The Basement," "Cellmate" and most recently, "Opposite Day," which, ironically, also stars Dylan Cash, the former Michael Corinthos.  Other movies include "Little Canyon," "The Van Pelt Family" and "Rockabye."

Lexis Ainsworth, like her character, is 16-years-old and is also a newcomer to daytime.  Like her onscreen little brother, she has appeared in some prime time shows, such as "Gilmore Girls," "iCarly" and in a film appropriately titled "Wild Child."  Prior to this, she has acted in several commercials and on stage as a younger child.

Lastly, Drew Garrett is also a relative newcomer to daytime and has appeared on the prime time show, "Criminal Minds" and "South O.C." and also has hosted the online music program, "Teen Faze."

Who's next to hit the SORAS train?  Rumor are that Molly, half-sister to Kristina, will be the next to be aged.
